Whereby, using the NCAA top 50 scoring and rebounding leaders from all 3 divisions combined.  Then by sorting their stats in several different categories determining the ranking and overall rating for each player.  Drafted players not shown were not included in the NCAA top 50 stat leaders for scoring and rebounding.

As shown below Zion Williamson the NBA Draft number 1 selection shows a No. 14 overall rating among the NCAA top 50 scoring leaders.
